1 The Nest Micro Finance Head Office will be deduct the contribution for
2. Interest on the related accounts will be payable at the rate of 9 percent per annum.
3. In case of completion of minimum 15 years period,the interest earned in T.N.M.F.P.F. account of active advisors and interest on the amount of employer's share (if applicable) will be paid, otherwise payment will be made as per the table mentioned above.
4. Interest will be calculated till the date the advisor is active and no interest will be payable thereafter.
5. Before completion of the period of 15 years, if for any reason the advisor becomes inactive or incapable of working, then the advisor's share and the amount of employer's share (if applicable) will be paid. In case of death of the advisor, 100% of the advisor's share and the amount of employer's share (if applicable) will be paid to the legal heirs with interest.
6. This deduction will not applicable on the incentive amount paid to agents/advisors.
